Ai+ Smartphone to launch its first flip phone NovaFlip in Q1 2026

Ai+ Smartphone on Tuesday (December 16, 2025) announced its next flagship smartphone, NovaFlip, for the launch in Q1 2026. The first flip phone from the Madhav Sheth-led company will be priced under ₹40,000 in India.

The upcoming NovaFlip will debut under the Ai+ Smartphone Nova series which promises to launch innovative tech at affordable pricing. The series is going to see new models like Nova Pro and Nova Ultra.

Under the Nova series, the Ai+ Smartphone might also launch a Fold variant in future. However, till date, it has just launched a single smartphone, the Nova 5G, in July 2025.

NovaFlip will run on NxtQuantum OS which the company said is designed to adapt intelligently across folded and open states. It will be optimised for quick checks and at glancee information when the phone is closed. The phone will have zero preloaded bloatware.
